NearField Mix

RED audio produces NearField Audio Mix for content which is specific for Broadcast and OTT Mediums.

NearField Mixing is required to create audio deliverables according to the specifications provided by Broadcast and OTT Mediums such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar, etc. Any content, whether originally created or one which needs conversion from a Theatrical version, has to undergo the process of NearField Mixing to deliver audio for broadcast.

Our Studio A room is equipped with 5.1 Monitoring Speaker System calibrated at 82 db SPL specifically for carrying out an accurate NearField Audio Mix for any given content. We have Industry Standard Plugins for metering and audio analysis, so as to deliver the mix as per the audio specifications required by the broadcast platform. NearField Audio Mix is provided in 5.1 & 2.0 formats.

We are awaiting completion of the Studio C room, which will be equipped with 7.1.4 Monitoring Speaker System and Dolby Atmos Production Suite. Studio C will be used for NearField Mixing and Delivering audio specifically for Dolby Atmos Home Entertainment compatible content.
